Rental Policies
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements.
Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter.
Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement.
An additional daily fee may apply for any Additional Drivers.
The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location.
Park the vehicle at the office and drop the keys in the secure lock box. The lock box is on the frontside of the building close to the vending machine. The vehicle will be checked in the next business day by our agents.
Minimum age to rent a vehicle is 18, and no maximum rental age
Drivers under the age of 22 unable to paid with cash
Renters age 18 - 21 are required to purchase Collision Damage Waiver
Unrestricted driving within the island of Guam only
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW is optional for economy to fullsize and mandatory for premium and above.
You may purchase CDW for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, loss of the vehicle.
A deductible will apply. If CDW is declined, renter is responsible for the full value of damage to the vehicle.
All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental. One way charges cannot be prepaid.
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1- We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay National at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A surcharge will also apply.
Option 2- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas that it had when was pickup to avoid extra fuel charges.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI1)The purchase of personal accident insurance is optional and not required to rent a vehicle.
Personal Accident Insurance covers ambulance service, doctors, hospitalization and nurses for each passenger in the vehicle, with a maximum limit of $6,900 USD (200,000 DOP) for each passenger in the vehicle including the driver, up to maximum passenger allowed in the vehicle. Coverage also includes Accidental Death coverage of (500,000 DOP) (approximately $17,250 USD).
A passport in addition to a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.
Credit Cards honored: American Express, MasterCard, VISA, JCB
An authorization on the credit card in the amount of 100.00 plus the cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges.
Must meet the locations minimum age requirements.
Present a valid drivers license from country of origin
Present a major credit card in renters name at the time of rental
This location accepts notarized Chinese Drivers License and International Driver license.
Third Party Liability (TPL) provides the customer with minimum financial responsibility limits as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibilitylaws of the country where the vehicle is operated.
The Third Party Liability (TPL limits is at $1,000,000 per occurrence/appregate which covers bodily injury/property and damage at a combined single limit of $1,000,000 to the third party claimant.
Rental location is located inside the Guam Naval Base, secure access required to enter premises. The alternate site is at 340 Pale San Vitores Rd. Tamuning, 96913 or Guam Airport.
